This recipe is from a talented home cook and my friend, Dorothy. She shared this recipe with me when I needed a hot side dish for a vegetarian birthday party. Served with garlic bagel chips, this recipe was a big hit!
Ingredients:
Serves 6
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, wine or sherry and Parmesan cheese.
Drain and chop the artichokes and fold into the mayonnaise mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture into baking dish and place in 350 degree oven for 30 – 40 minutes until thickened.
Serve warm with pita or bagel chips. French bread works well too.

We like it with Wheat Thins but now I have to try the bagel chips too!
